These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products on the arioworld.it website. By purchasing on our website, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and Availability
Products are subject to stock availability.
Images are indicative; Actual product may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to change prices and availability without notice.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are in EUR and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay [add/remove methods].
Payment is charged at the time of ordering.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to Italy and the European Union.
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU) — Art. 52 Consumer Code

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Send a written communication to info@arioworld.it within 14 days of delivery, indicating the order number and your wish to withdraw.

Conditions:

The product must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Art. 59 of Directive 2011/83/EU):

Personalized or custom-made products
Sealed products that are not returnable for hygiene reasons if opened
Digital content downloaded with explicit consent
6. Legal Guarantee

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee from delivery for defects of conformity.

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control (force majeure)
Indirect damages or loss of profits
Improper use of products

All content on the site (images, text, logos) is the property of Arioworld. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

In the event of a dispute, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
